PANGEA

A complete gecko diet, the Pangea Gecko Diet Breeding Formula is designed to meet the unique breeding requirements of the crested gecko. The main source of fat and protein in this food is from insects (crickets and larvae of a black soldier), while they remain delicious and virtuous by almost all geckos. The fruit used is a wonderful blend of bananas and apricots. Higher levels of fat help keep egg production strong throughout the breeding season. The calcium level is close to the maximum level for a complete diet. It is safe and sometimes necessary to add a little simple calcium to food if your females are exhausted. Alternatively, you can offer plain calcium on a plate so your females can lick more than they need to.  ...More

To get the most out of this diet, you should offer fresh food at least every other day during the breeding season, although there will be some waste. Less common foods are more suitable for breeders than sparse foods in which they tend to appear. Intense dust insects are optional, but can be offered once or twice a week in place of the Pangea Gecko Diet Breeding Formula for variety and to keep your geckos active and excited.
Instructions: 2.5 parts water to 1 part powder. This is a thicker mixture of breeding reptiles and is usually best eaten when mixed thick.
Life stages: Growth and reproduction (feed at least 4-5 days a week).
Ingredients: Dried banana, Dried apricot, Insect meal, Whey protein isolate, Micro casein, Calcium carbonate, Calcium phosphate, Vegetable oil, Ground flaxseed, aloe vera, alfalfa Fumaric Iron, Beta Carotene, Inositol, Niacin, Kelp Meal, Ascorbic Acid, Holocalciferol (D3), Riboflavin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin A, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Bioxide, Biotoxin, Oxide, Biotin.
Notes: This mixture is more prone to sticking to the tails and toes. It is easily solved by rinsing.
In general, most geckos are not going to clean their bowl every time, as they can with lower fat formulas.
