Eublepharis Macularius (Leopard gecko) 1 (0.0.1)

Substrate:
Safe: kitchen paper, stone slabs, special reptile mats.
Avoid fine sand/gravel, risk of impaction.
Temperature:
Warm side: 30–32°C (sunset point up to 35°C).
Cool side: 24–26°C.
Night: can drop to 20–22°C.
Lighting: Does not need strong UVB like other reptiles, but a low UVB (2–5%) can help with overall health.
Humidity: 30–40% generally, but a humid hide with wet peat is necessary.
Hiding places: It is desirable to have 2–3 (one in the warm, one in the cold and one in the humid).
Tips:
The male can only live with females, never with another male.
The terrarium should be cleaned regularly (spot cleaning daily, general cleaning every month).
It is nocturnal, so more active at night, feeding should be done after sunset.
The thick tail is a "fat depot", an indicator of health. If it is thinning, something is wrong.
