Bearded Dragon (Pogona Vitticeps) Hypo Red Juvenile (0.0.1)
NZ/26: captive bred 2026
NZ/26: Breed 2026.
Pogona vitticeps, also known as the Bearded Dragon, is one of the most popular lizards thanks to its calm character, ease of handling and impressive appearance. The Hypo Red morph stands out for its intense red and orange colors, while the Hypo (Hypomelanistic) trait reduces the dark pigments, offering brighter colors and usually transparent or very light-colored nails. This animal is a juvenile, born in 2026 (NZ/26) in organized breeding (Captive Bred), which contributes to its better adaptation to captivity and its general ease of maintenance. The bearded dragon is a diurnal species that requires a spacious terrarium with proper UVB lighting, a high-temperature basking spot and a balanced diet consisting of insects and plant foods. With proper care, it can be an excellent companion for both beginners and experienced hobbyists.
